Event Assistant

Status:Part Time

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and dedicated individual looking to gain experience in event planning and execution. As part of our team, you will be committed to making our event an unforgettable experience to the guests.  The Event Assistant works directly with YUKI and will be responsible for assisting, organizing and coordinating event orders to ensure all deliverables are made in a timely and professional manner as well as ensuring guest services meets company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Duties:

  • Professional and courteous interaction with clients

  • Assisting the team in administrative duties; scheduling, answering phone calls and emails, applying to necessary permissions, etc.

  • Making and securing all required contracts, invoices and other necessary documentation.

  • Assisting on-site event management and set-up

Experience and skills required:

  • Well organized and relate well to others

  • Knowledge of team and schedule

  • Flexible schedule, majority of hours are on weekends

  • Ability to manage numerous tasks at one time

  • Ability to think on your feet

  • Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as the ability to carry their individual responsibilities

  • Ability to notice the small things and addresses them immediately to ensure guests have a positive experience. Be detail oriented!

  • Strong ability to work well under pressure and a strong sense of urgency

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ability to learn new software

  • Communicate well in at least two languagesEnglish in business level is preferred

Associate Wedding Planner

Status:Part Time

working hours:irregular

If you are an experienced wedding planner and looking for a job opportunity, you can work with us as an on-site assistant for each wedding project.  

Duties:

  • Professional and courteous interaction with clients

  • Assisting on-site event management and set-up

  • Customer Service is a TOP priority

Experience and skills required:

  • 3+ years' experience as a wedding planner

  • Well organized and relate well to others

  • Flexible schedule, majority of hours are on weekends

  • Ability to manage numerous tasks at one time

  • Ability to think on your feet

  • Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as the ability to carry their individual responsibilities

  • Ability to notice the small things and addresses them immediately to ensure guests have a positive experience. Be detail oriented!
